Ballet
Ballet classes teach the fundamentals of dance and body mechanics, which can help improve your technique and longevity in other dance forms. The discipline of ballet will improve posture, balance and flexibly . Boost your confidence through the artistry and grace of ballet. Every class includes a warm-up and finishes with a cool-down! All levels welcome, no prior experience is required.

Jazz Dance
Jazz dance is a high-energy, expressive style of dance that combines ballet and modern techniques with choreography to focus on rhythm and body isolation. Jazz classes are for dancers who enjoy physical challenges, precision, and expressing their personal style. Every class includes a warm-up and finishes with a cool-down! All levels welcome, no prior experience is required.

Hip Hop
Hip hop is a dynamic dance class exploring rhythm, foundational techniques, and energetic movement. Our hip hop classes incorporate beginner fundamentals, technique and style exploration allowing dancers to develop their own personal style through rhythm and coordination with fluid, percussive, and communal styles that engage the entire body. You can expect fresh and exciting combinations each week, blending elements from various hip hop dance styles. Every class includes a warm-up before moving and grooving and finishes with a cool-down! All levels welcome, no prior experience is required.

Modern
Modern dance class combines ballet technique with creative expression, and can look jazz-like, balletic, lyrical, or totally different. Students learn how to express themselves through fluid, freeform movements that can be inspired by a variety of dance styles. Classes focus on expression, rather than following a rigid set of technical positions and involves the whole body, including facial expressions. Modern dance classes can help students develop a sense of empowerment and confidence and alleviate stress and anxiety through expression.

Belly Dance
Belly Dance classes (5-14 yrs old) emphasize listening skills, respect and curiosity, self-love, and self-expression through dancing. They will learn moves inspired by traditional belly dance and more! A class to wiggle and have some fun

Ballroom
Our kids ballroom dance classes (7-14 yrs old) are designed to introduce the art of partner dancing to your child and teach important etiquette skills such as courtesy and respect for each other while learning to dance like young ladies and gentlemen. We work hard to build lifelong skills such as kindness, respect, teamwork, self-confidence, and responsibility while learning to dance. Dancing is a social activity and your child will make new friends while having fun learning to dance.

Tap Dance
Tap is a style of dance characterized by the sound of the metal tap striking the floor. Tap utilizes rhythm, syncopation, and sound in addition to movement. An emphasis is placed on musicality, expression, and improvisation. Tap dancing increases coordination and develops a sense of rhythm and musicality in dance. The dancer’s feet become an instrument of “expression” that creates sounds with the floor. The class varies in styles from Traditional/Broadway Tap, Rhythm Tap (Hoofing) and Acapella.
