Yoga Instructor

LaShion started studying dance, music and theatre at the age of 3. Most of her classical dance training came from Dan & Company Studios, Dunwoody, GA. Later, she performed with Atlanta Jazz Theatre and co-directed companies like, Fusion Latina, both in Atlanta and SF Bay. Most recently, she has worked with singing projects in Spain and Italy.
